Megan Carr is the oldest child of Drs. Stanley and therefore joined the Stanley Dentistry team at an early age. After school and over summer breaks, Megan helped around the office in a variety of ways and fell in love with the healthcare industry. Before beginning her undergraduate studies, Megan served as the Tooth Fairy for community events, assisted with sterilization and charting, and led the office as the administrative director, helping patients with check-in/out, verifying insurance, and offering patient tours. She has a passion for the healthcare industry as a whole but is especially passionate about dental care. After completing her undergraduate studies, Megan rejoined the Stanley team to pursue that passion as our Chief Operations Officer.

Megan received her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh NC in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Human Biology, and recently finished a master's degree in Public Health at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in Leadership. While not in the office, Megan enjoys distance running and recently completed her first full marathon. She is married to her college sweetheart and they recently welcomed a daughter to their family.
